This is another one of those families that is incredibly special to me and I am honored to now be a part of their little G-man’s life. If you’ll remember, I did a newborn shoot of this guy and then a 1-year birthday last December. I cannot believe that this guy is now such a grown up 2-year old! Check out his redheaded preciousness (and his minion friends). *Note: I obviously did not take that first photo but I had to include one of me (a.k.a. Auntie RahRah) with the birthday boy.
Well this shoot was just fun. I met the H Family for a portrait session in the Hill Country, one of my very favorite places in the world. And, to my delight, we started out with a little celebration of Movember. Mom, Dad, and all 4 kids were ready to sport their staches (only one was real… but which one?). Then, after a quick shave, we got down to business. The fall colors, the smiles, and the brave kiddos (it was COLD ya’ll) made for a delightful afternoon. Thanks H Family!
Well 2015 is winding down and, like any year, it has been full of ups and downs. But one of the most wonderful “ups” of my 2015 was the birth of my little nephew. It was so fun to get to include him in my bro and sis-in-law’s family portraits. And of course we were in my very favorite place – the Texas Hill Country. I can’t get enough of these people, these trees, these hills. Glad that they will be coming with me into 2016 🙂
We managed to squeeze in a last-minute family shoot for the G Family, who is expecting kiddo #3! What fun it was to catch up with these sweet boys and their parents. Those are going to be some good big brothers. I couldn’t be happier for this growing family 🙂
I just love meeting friends’ families. And what better excuse to hang out than a lil photo shoot? I was honored to get to take pics of one of my dear friends’ families around their lovely home. Even the dog cooperated – check out that canine eye contact! Thanks for welcoming me into your home, J Family!
The V Family is having another baby! This is a family that I have so loved photographing because I have had the privilege of seeing their first child grow and change. And soon he will be welcoming a sibling! I could not be happier for this sweet family and am looking forward to seeing one more smiling face in their family photos 🙂
Remember how this sweet girl turned 4 earlier in the fall? Well this time we had the whole family (including a very grown-up 4-year-old) out at Hermann Park for their family portraits. I could not have asked for more. We had gorgeous weather, a hint of fall color (yay!) and happy smiles. Thanks for spending the morning with me at the park, B Family!
